Ze stelt een moeder met kind voor, op consultatie bij een dokter. Later werd deze plaquette opnieuw gebruikt met dezelfde voorzijde, maar met ander opschriften op de keerzijde, namelijk NWK (Nationaal Werk voor Kinderwelzijn) en ONE (Oeuvre National de L'Enfance). Cette plaquette a été réalisée pour la commission de l’alimentation des enfants, qui veillait au bien-être des enfants. Elle représente une mère avec son enfant lors d’une consultation chez un médecin. Plus tard, cette plaquette a été réutilisée avec le même avers, mais avec des inscriptions différentes au revers, à savoir NWK (Nationaal Werk voor Kinderwelzijn) et ONE (Œuvre Nationale de l’Enfance).
