Cette plaque montre trois lévriers couchés, la tête tournée vers la gauche, avec le contour d'une forêt en arrière-plan. Le propriétaire du chenil "Zwaenhoek", M. Beernaerts, a demandé à Richard Demeyer de concevoir cette plaque publicitaire, qui a été frappée à Fonson.
