Op de keerzijde wordt een kleuter afgebeeld die Brussel een kushandje toewerpt. Cette plaque représente le prince Léopold de Belgique, futur roi Léopold III, à l'âge de dix ans. La société des amis de la médaille a fait graver la plaque par Franz Vermeylen. Il a été distribué aux membres en janvier 1911 et 56 exemplaires en argent et 368 en bronze ont été frappés. Au verso, un bambin est représenté en train d'embrasser Bruxelles. This plaque portrays Prince Leopold of Belgium, the future King Leopold III, at the age of ten. The society of medal friends had the plaque engraved by Franz Vermeylen. It was distributed to the members in January 1911 and 56 silver and 368 bronze examples were struck.
