Deze portretpenning, ontworpen door Godfried Devreese, werd hem aangeboden als dankbetuiging voor zijn steun bij de organisatie van de Wereldtentoonstelling te Brussel in 1910. After a career as a magistrate, Armand Hubert entered politics in 1900 and on 2 May 1907 became minister of employment and industry.
