Hij voegde er verzen aan toe om zijn eerbetoon te versterken. Op de centrale penning staat het gezicht van een vrouw afgebeeld met haar kin rustend op een grote rechthoekige pancarte. Ze draagt een opvallend hoofddeksel met twee panden die tot beneden hangen. Op de linkse penning is een voorstelling van een geknielde naakte jongeling met het opschrift: "Moge ons land voor altijd zoete dromen koesteren, mogen alle stormen voorbijgaan." Op de rechtse penning staat een naakte ouderling met baard afgebeeld met het opschrift: "Dan komt het zoete moment dat dromen, eenmaal bewaarheid, niet meer nodig zullen zijn." Avec ce triptyque, Sucharda a rendu hommage à sa patrie, la Tchécoslovaquie (qui faisait alors partie de l'Autriche-Hongrie). Il a ajouté des versets pour renforcer son hommage. La médaille centrale représente le visage d'une femme dont le menton repose sur un grand pancarte rectangulaire. Elle porte un couvre-chef distinctif avec deux panneaux qui pendent. La médaille de gauche représente un jeune nu agenouillé avec l'inscription : "Que notre pays chérisse à jamais les doux rêves, que toutes les tempêtes passent." La médaille de droite représente un aîné nu et barbu avec l'inscription : "Puis vient le doux moment où les rêves, une fois réalisés, ne seront plus nécessaires." With this triptych, Sucharda paid tribute to his homeland the Czech Republic (then part of Austria-Hungary). He added verses to reinforce his tribute.
